Our Student Careers program is designed for current university students who want to build real-world experience alongside their studies. Student careers are fully remote and with flexible hours.
As a student at Dreamen, you’ll contribute directly to client projects and internal initiatives, working on research, problem analysis, strategy support, and execution tasks. You’ll collaborate with experienced strategists and venture builders, gaining practical skills that universities rarely teach and companies rarely offer at this early stage.
Graduate Careers
Our Graduate Careers track is designed for recent graduates who want to apply their academic knowledge in a real venture-building environment. Graduate roles combine structured guidance with hands-on responsibility, allowing you to work directly with clients from the start.
As a graduate at Dreamen, you’ll contribute to client projects across problem identification, strategy formulation, and execution. You’ll collaborate with senior experts and project guides, gaining the practical experience and strategic skills that accelerate your early career and prepare you for long-term professional growth.
Leadership Careers
Our Leadership Careers track is designed for experienced professionals who want to shape strategy and guide ventures at a higher level. Leadership roles combine strategic ownership with the responsibility of steering client outcomes and supporting the growth of our internal teams.
As a leader at Dreamen, you’ll drive projects across problem identification, strategy formulation, and execution while mentoring our junior and graduate talent.
