You retain complete ownership, avoid large upfront costs, and only contribute once the business generates revenue. This means we only succeed when you do.

Collaboration is central to the way we work. All of our projects have a similar structure: you’ll have a dedicated Project Guide who serves as your primary point of contact and meets with you regularly. Our teams are organized based on the three core processes: problem identification, strategy formulation, and strategy execution. Your Project Guide will work directly with the specialized team for every phase and keep you fully updated throughout. When beneficial, a specialist may join the meeting to provide additional clarity and expertise.

Most engagements last 6 and 12 months, depending on your stage and goals. During this time, we focus on building traction, refining the strategy, and establishing the foundations for long-term success. Revenue-share periods are always agreed upfront and are strictly time-bound.
